Say YES to the JETS! proposal

  1. A world class, state-of-the-art, retractable/fixed roof football stadium for the New York Jets and the New York Cosmos. Built with an underground greenhouse for the playing fields and a sportsbook.

  2. A Las Vegas Sands 4 and 5 star integrated resort hotel (and possible casino)

  3. A Nassau Veterans Memorial Park and Botanical Garden.

  4. 2 Tailgate Tower Parking Garages built and designed for tailgating.

  5. A Tailgate Village on the west side of the proposed stadium.

  6. A Pedestrian Bridge connecting both sides of Hempstead Turnpike.

  7. A new LIRR Station on Endo Boulevard using a refurbished and upgraded Garden City-Mitchel Field Secondary line.

  8. A relocation of the New York Jets Headquarters and Practice Facility from Florham Park, NJ to Farmingdale, NY.
